They took the time to answer all the questions we had and went out of their way to accommodate our scheduling request. Their skilled team did a careful, excellent job cutting our tree which was too close to the house and trimming branches on other trees. In addition, they did  a much appreciated, thorough cleanup. We had quite a few trees to be trimmed - as the trimming progressed, the team checked in - was that enough, more, etc....  Our magnolia tree - they understood that it was my prize tree - they checked in a few times on progress.  When they were done - a quick wave and they were off.   No mess left behind.
